1   Nonferrous: For nonferrous materials.Aggressive stock removal.

4   Diamond Cut: For heat treated and tough alloy steels where control is important.Creates a powde-like chip.Excellent finish.

2   Coarse Cut: Provides large flute area for softer ferrous materials.Fast stock removal.

Carbide rotary burrs can be hand-held, powered either by compressed air or electricity, or used with machine tools. Be careful about mounting and handing the files correctly so that they are in the proper place. Only at high speed, can carbide rotary files show their remarkable performance.
